The news is out that the Miami Beach Convention Center hotel has received funding approval so get the shovels ready for the groundbreaking.

She’s scheduled to open late 2027.

This Grand Hyatt will be connected via skybridge to the modern Miami Beach Convention Center and will feature 800 rooms across 12 floors and 90,000 square feet of indoor meeting space plus 2 pools and 10,000 square feet of outdoor event space. 

Having this hotel attached to the 500,000 square foot convention center will cement Miami’s ability to serve city-wide conferences.
