Sustainability in Travel & Water
The 2022 Hosts Global Forum was all in on sustainability and we had some fantastic on-site partners supporting and guiding our efforts.
Trees4Travel has a super user-friendly interface for individuals and corporations to quickly and easily monitor emissions and off-set them.
During the Forum, Hosts planted over 1,000 trees and removed 164,100 kgs of carbon emissions through investments into renewable energy projects. Yay!
We all know we need to protect this world that we love to experience through travel and this company makes it easy to give back.
Upon arrival at the conference in San Antonio, all of us received a water bottle from Fill It Forward customized with our name or phrase of our choice and a QR code tag that we scanned every time we refilled at a water station.
Groups respond to gamification and challenges. Tracking our group’s reduced impact on landfills, emissions and ocean plastic was powerful.
